Trainees are hired at entry level and will need to prove their capabilities and pace of learning prior to earning promotions.
LANDMAN TRAINEE PROGRAM
Land Energy Inc.'s Landman Trainee Program is a 2-year commitment in which trainees learn to:

Summarize instruments and become trusted to index at the abstract company (achieved=raise)

Completely understand instruments of record and flow-chart breakdowns of mineral ownership (achieved=raise)

Complete Mineral Ownership and Leasehold Status Reports efficiently (achieved=raise)

Complete technical leasehold breakdowns (achieved=raise)

Learn ethics, leasing, and all other title aspects (achieved=raise)

Understand curative and prepare curative instruments (achieved=raise)

Understand surface inspections, surface access and damage agreements and negotiations (achieved=raise)
The Landman Trainee Program involves a lot of repetition! The timing of raises depends on the individual and their capability to absorb what is expected of a Landman Trainee at each level.
